Follow the link below to schedule your COVID-19 test with @Curative's mobile van. Curative will be at Coddingtown Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 10am-4pm. Appointments are preferred as there are a limited number of walk-ups. Please bring your ID and insurance information, if applicable.

HEALTHY SHOPPER
GUIDELINES
Your health and safety is our priority and we encourage you to follow these guidelines to protect yourself and others:
- Wear protective masks
- Maintain a distance of six feet from other shoppers
- If a store is busy, please come back later
- Avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes with unwashed hands
- If you cough or sneeze, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue, discard it immediately and wash or sanitize your hands
- Thoroughly wash your hands on a frequent basis with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds
- Stay home if you have a fever or cold and flu-like symptoms such as a cough, sore throat, runny nose or body aches

WHAT WE’RE DOING
TO KEEP YOU SAFE
We have the following measures in place to protect our shoppers, retailers and employees:
- Employees with a fever or cold and flu-like symptoms such as a cough, sore throat, runny nose or body aches are required to stay home
- Masks are required for employees
- Children’s Play Area is temporarily closed
- Regular disinfecting of the common areas, such as restrooms and seating areas. Deep cleaning after hours.
- Sanitizer stations in the common area
- Extra space between seating
- Encouragement of social distancing practices
- Signage reminding shoppers and employees of safety precautions recommended by the CDC
